I am excited for this month on Grocery Mama!
I have a bunch of fun things planned for my June theme, "Get Fit with Grocery Mama!"
This month of getting fit was really inspired by my opportunity given to me and about 500 other women to review the EA Sports Active game for the Wii.
Part of this opportunity is to try it out for 30 days. It helps that the EA Sports has 30 day guided workouts. I choose the low intensity one for today. I wasn't sure what to expect (or how out of shape I really am!).
I have to tell you, I did work up a small sweat. At first, you are slowed down between workouts by the instructional videos. Don' blow by these though, they explain how to do the workouts. The fantastic point is, once you watch the video - you don't see it again. This speeds up the whole workout process and you go from one workout to the next.
EA sports is more like circuit training. Which is exciting to me since this type of training can have very effective results.
I'm excited to see over this 30 day period if there is a change in my weight and if there are inches lost.
I'll be combining healthy eating with these workouts. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
