Introducing "1 Cheap Meal Fridays" on Grocery Mama

I am starting a new weekly series on Grocery Mama that I am asking for you to participate in!

Here's how it will work: Each Friday, (or anytime during the week) I'll have Mr. Linky up (hopefully he'll be working) and you link to your post that contains 1 Cheap Meal.

The goal is to use ingredients that are on sale this week.

So be sure to include:

Store with the sales

Ingredients and Directions

Total Price (optional)

And a picture (if you have it)

This way, we can all link in one meal and go through and find cheap meal ideas for that week!
